Doctor Walters is a dynamics and operations consultant that specializes in tactical and strategic management initiatives. His expertise and dedication to technical excellence is well known throughout the Mid-South business community.

Doctor Walters developed the tax preparation & consulting business 20 years ago as an enhancement to his on-going business consulting activities. Since the initial development, the tax division has grown exponentially to include over 300 clients, an Enrolled Agent and a CPA.

Prior to entering into the tax practice, Doctor Walters was a business development and training consultant with such clients as Federal Express and most major airlines both domestic and abroad.

His credentials include:

• Graduated from Pacific Western University with a Ph.D. in Engineering.
• Graduated from Pacific Western University with a Master's of Science degree in Business Administration.*
• Ad Hoc instructor for the IRS at the University of Memphis.
• Current in annual Tax Laws and Practices Ref. AFTRC (See IRS.gov & PTIN.org websites).
• Past vice-president of the largest homeowners association in the State of Tennessee.
• Developed custom training programs for a variety of clients and special applications.
• The ability to represent clients before Federal, State & Local taxing agencies

*Deals with development, operational techniques, training and practices whereas an MBA deals mostly with basic daily operations.
